Retail trade

The sale of spirits to consumers, including the sale of alcoholic drinks (i.e. in public bars, restaurants, etc.) is considered as retail trade (Article 39 paragraph 4 Law on Alcohol).

For the retail trade, a permit of the Cantonal Authority is necessary.
